Faraz Soroush (aka. X1SMIND), is a generative / procedural artist with a background in engineering and software development. He experiments with creative expression through code. Faraz combines math, problem-solving and intellectual curiosity with a lot of passion for creativity and aesthetic design.

Utilizing algorithms, constraints and randomness, he creates mesmerizing digital art that explores the relationship between abstract and real. His main areas of interest and research are chaos theory, systems theory, symbolism and neuroaesthetics.

Beyond creating art, X1SMIND is also committed to sharing knowledge and helping other emerging artists. He is constantly pushing the boundaries of his art and is excited to see where technology will take him next.
